The-RAP-y Sessions Feat. Nelo ~ Live Musical Wellness

First Fridays is a recurring, live musical wellness experience and community gathering designed to support release, regulation, and embodied expression. Each event is a sonically curated space that brings together community members, creatives, artisans, mental health advocates, and organizations that provide resources—or are seeking resources—to fellowship, connect, and collaborate.

Each gathering features live music, a licensed therapist present for grounding support, a tea bar, floor seating, and open space for listening, reflection, or free-form ecstatic movement. Participation is self-directed—guests are welcome to move, rest, create, or simply be held by sound and community. This is a substance-free, consent-centered environment that honors all bodies and ways of being.

First Fridays is more than an event—it is a shared space for connection, mutual support, and creative exchange, where wellness, art, and community care intersect through sound, presence, and relationship.
