Salsa & Cha Cha (Cardio + Cool Down Dance Flow – Weekly Class)

Salsa & Cha Cha is a recurring 60-minute dance fusion class led by GianCarla. Each class begins with 30 minutes of high-energy Salsa to elevate the heart rate and build stamina, followed by 30 minutes of Cha Cha designed as a rhythmic, calming cool down. No partner or prior dance experience is required. This ongoing class offers a balanced blend of energy, coordination, and grounded movement.
