The L.A.W.S. (Leadership and Wellness for Self-Care) Summer Camp is designed to empower leaders of tomorrow with the essential tools and practices for maintaining their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through a diverse range of workshops and hands-on activities, participants will create their own personal herbal items, delve into various aspects of self-care, and discover effective strategies for maintaining balance and resilience. Reaching beyond the traditional concepts of self-care, each day will also feature a guest speaker who will share their insights and experiences on skilled trades. These speakers provide valuable perspectives and motivate campers to prioritize their well-being in their leadership journey.
